I want to share a few pictures from yesterday. It really has not sunk in yet that this over now here at the Mayo. I return again on Day 100 to re-run labs and bone marrow biopsy, but between now and then I get a reprieve of 84 days and that will be an incredible break from the dr. appointments and labs. The month passed so quickly, thank goodness.
These pictures include my sister, Connee, my angel on earth, and my youngest son, Andrew. Thankfully, he is very intrigued by the medical procedures and can take just about anything when it comes to conversation and viewing a procedure. That means a lot to me, because he genuinely wants to know the facts and I don’t have to shelter him.
